China’s Exim Bank partners with Morocco’s Attijariwafa Bank for African expansion

 

Morocco, like China, has set its sights on expanding its economic presence in Africa. A new partnership agreement between China’s Exim Bank and Attijariwafa Bank from Morocco, is set to align two key financial institutions in both countries in the common goal of boosting business ties with the continent. Angola and Mozambique are among the markets into which Attijariwafa Bank is keen to expand.
