According to the ‘Living Destination’ study, by real estate consultant JLL using 2019 data, in the Lisbon (pictured above) housing market, demand from China and Brazil was the highest, 17% each.
In 2012, the biggest demand in the Portuguese capital was from France and Angola (both with 16 %), according to JLL. In the northern city of Porto, the highest demand is from French nationals, with 19%, followed by Brazilian (15%).
